Suggestion Therapy
Suggestion therapy simply involves receiving positive suggestions (targetted at your specific problem) directly into the unconscious mind, whilst in a pleasant and relaxing hypnotic trance.
The unconscious mind is all that part of your memory, wisdom and perception that your unaware of at any one time. It contains all your potential and hidden power, its where your habits and self image are stored, and where they can be changed.
There are two types of suggestion therapy, direct and indirect (see NLP)
Suggestion therapy is used to directly target the presenting symptoms and can be extremely effective in treating: -
